Jugalbandi is the operating brand of New Gen Livelihood Plus Private Limited (NGLP), a for-profit social enterprise registered under the Companies Act, 2013. Headquartered in Kolkata, we work at the intersection of finance, agriculture, and community development across Eastern India.

Financial Inclusion
We act as a bridge between financial institutions and underserved communities, connecting Self-Help Group (SHG) federations and Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) to credit, business advisory, and market linkages through our partnership with Samunnati Value Chain Finance.
Agri-Value Chain Development
From banana tissue culture nurseries in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, to bio-input production units and output marketing, we design end-to-end agricultural value chains that raise farmer income and reduce dependency on exploitative intermediaries.
Capacity Building & Institutional Development
We mobilise farmers, organise them into productive collectives, and train them in modern agricultural practices, quality enhancement, enterprise development, and market readiness, creating communities that are self-sustaining long after our engagement.
Brand Building and Market Linkages
We support producer collectives in building strong, market-ready brands and connecting them to wider markets through different platforms.
